Our Team
We are a FIRST Robotics team that formed in November of 2017, at that time we called ourselves "ProtoBots". The team has come a long way and has accomplished so much since our rookie year. From starting off by earning the Rookie Allstar Award to winning Chairman's Award in 2021, District and State Engineering Inspiration Award winners in 2022, and District Impact Award winners in 2023. We continue to work hard throughout our journey.
No longer the ProtoBots, we have decided to rebrand as Charger Robotics. We strive to give back to our motivating community that helps our team grow while also creating young leaders!

FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is an organization that gives us students around the world an opportunity to experience robotics. Combining the excitement of sports with the rigors of science and technology, under strict rules, limited resources, and an intense six-week time limit, teams of students are challenged to raise funds, design a team "brand," hone teamwork skills, and build and program industrial-size robots to play a difficult field game against like-minded competitors.
